Taboola launched Realize ID on September 22, 2026, adding an identity and intent-mapping layer to its Realize performance platform.
Taboola has been moving beyond its legacy native-ad positioning. Realize is built around performance beyond search and social, using inventory across publisher sites, apps and OEM environments. Realize ID is another step in that direction.
Taboola says early use produced up to a 2.4x improvement in conversion efficiency. That is a company-reported result, not a universal benchmark, so advertisers should not treat it as a guaranteed outcome.
The useful question is not whether Taboola should replace channels that already work. It is whether a mature paid-media program needs an incremental source of performance traffic.
Realize now combines broader open-web inventory, multiple creative formats, AI-driven optimization and new intent signals. For teams already scaling search and social, that makes the platform worth evaluating as an additional channel.
Your offer, landing page, tracking, creative, target market and unit economics still matter. Realize ID does not remove platform policy or make every campaign profitable.
Start with your current monthly spend, target markets, vertical, conversion economics and the reason your existing channels are becoming harder to scale. Direct Taboola access can work well for many advertisers. Agency-supported access becomes relevant when the friction is operational, such as onboarding, cross-border funding, billing or account coordination.
If that is the problem your team is trying to solve, see our Taboola Agency Account Access page or talk to YC Global Tech on WhatsApp.
