1. Who we are and scope
This policy applies to YC Global Tech Analytics, an internal reporting application operated by Yingchuan Global Technology Co., Limited (YC Global Tech). It describes the Google API user data used by this application. It does not replace a general privacy policy for unrelated YC Global Tech website visitors or other services.
2. Google data we access
With authorization from the signed-in Google user, the application may read Google Analytics 4 reports for website users, sessions, page views, traffic sources, geographic breakdowns and selected events (such as WhatsApp/contact-button clicks and lead-form events). It may also read Google Search Console reports including search clicks, impressions, queries, dates and page performance for properties that the user can access.
The script requires permission to create and update Google Sheets reports, use external requests to Google APIs and manage its own scheduled Apps Script triggers. The application does not request access to Gmail, Google Contacts or advertising campaign-management data.
3. Why we use the data
We use these reports to monitor the organic visibility, website usage and lead-funnel activity of YC-managed web properties, analyze trends and prepare internal operational reports. Google API data accessed through this tool is not sold or used for personalized advertising.
4. Where data is stored and who can access it
The application runs within Google Apps Script under the authorizing Google account and writes report tables to a Google Sheets spreadsheet controlled by that account. Access to the spreadsheet depends on its Google sharing permissions. Google processes the authentication and API requests under its own service terms. We do not intentionally transfer this reporting data to a separate YC-operated external analytics database.
5. Sharing
We do not sell Google user data and do not disclose the reporting dataset to advertising data brokers. Reports may be viewed by authorized YC Global Tech staff if the spreadsheet owner shares access with them. Google services are used to operate the script, authorize requests and store the resulting reports. Any sharing within Google Sheets remains subject to its access controls.
6. Security and retention
The application relies on Google OAuth and Google account permissions; users should restrict access to the reporting spreadsheet and their Google account. The script uses the Google-managed authorization process rather than requiring users to provide passwords to YC. Reporting data remains in the Google spreadsheet and Apps Script project until the authorized user deletes it or otherwise changes their Google storage settings. We do not specify a fixed automatic deletion period.
7. Your choices and deletion
An authorized user can revoke the app's access through Google Account security settings, stop scheduled Apps Script triggers and delete the Google Sheet and Apps Script project that store the reports. For help with an access or data-deletion request, contact YC Global Tech using the website contact form. Revoking Google authorization stops future authorized API requests; it does not automatically erase a spreadsheet already stored in Google Drive.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy if the internal tool's data practices change. The effective date will be updated on this page. If you have questions, use the YC Global Tech contact page. For an overview of the application, visit YC Global Tech Analytics.
For clarity
This application primarily reads aggregate GA4 and Search Console reports; its functionality does not require unrestricted access to individual website visitors' accounts or personal browsing records. Google's own account and service privacy policies also apply.
